Entry Level Marketing Admin to join its team. The agency supports diverse clients across various industries and fosters a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and development.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr
Position Overview: The Entry Level Marketing Admin will support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and community engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to impactful projects and providing administrative support to the marketing department.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing Admin: - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for various initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, including email inbox management, supply ordering, data entry, and filing.
- Edit content for social media, email, and web platforms.
- Support event promotion and community outreach activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain marketing databases and track engagement metrics.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all communications align with organizational values.
Required Experience/Skills for the Entry Level Marketing Admin: - Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Entry Level Marketing Admin: - Experience in marketing or community outreach.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Graphic design or content creation skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
