Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, with the flexibility needed to accommodate client visits and ongoing care requirements. Although the role is primarily conducted from home, you will be integrated into a team of interdisciplinary professionals, including nurses and healthcare providers, who work cohesively to ensure clients receive comprehensive support. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for evening or weekend hours based on client needs.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

  • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
