Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments for seniors, identifying their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

• Administer grief and loss counseling services to assist clients and their families facing end-of-life decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the geriatric population, addressing the complex mental health challenges they face. You will encounter clients dealing with issues such as dementia, depression, anxiety, and loneliness. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience.
